Home Care Services
Andrea’s Angels Inc. partners with the State of Colorado’s Medicaid-funded Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Program to provide home care and related services associated with the Elderly, Blind, and Disabled (EBD) Waiver program. With Andrea’s Angels Inc., our clients receive exceptional, personalized care delivered with compassion and warmth.
We help those in need achieve and/or maintain their healthiest, most independent lives.
What is Home Care?
Home care services are designed to provide non-medical support to people from all walks of life who need assistance and support living at home. Home care is a broad term encompassing several types of services, but can generally apply to the following:
- Personal care
- Dressing
- Hygiene and grooming
- Housekeeping
- Shopping and meal preparation
- Laundry
- Other tasks needed to live safely and independently
Our aim is to help our clients achieve their personal goals while retaining their independence. We believe that being able to live in your own home with the support of a dedicated caregiver is one of the best ways to remain healthy and active while enjoying life to its fullest.
Through our waiver-based home care services, Andrea’s Angels Inc. is dedicated to helping our Colorado clients live a more safe and secure life. We understand that each individual is unique and requires different levels of assistance. That’s why we go to such great lengths to deliberately select and match each client and caregiver to maximize positive outcomes for clients, families, and care teams.
Who do we help?
To be eligible for HCBS services, you:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- If between the ages of 18 and 64, must be blind or have a physical disability, or have a diagnosis of HIV or AIDS.
- If aged 65 and older, must have been determined to have a significant functional impairment.
