Our elderly care services include 24 hours home care services, which ensure that your loved ones receive continuous support and assistance at all times. We focus on developing and maintaining independent living skills (ILST), helping our clients perform daily activities with confidence and autonomy.
In addition to our core services, we provide transition coordination services (TCS) to support individuals moving between different care settings. Our dedicated team assists with the smooth transition from hospital to home or from one care facility to another, ensuring continuity of care and peace of mind for families.
Andrea’s Angels also offers homemaker services (HCBS), which include household tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, and running errands. These services are designed to create a safe and comfortable living environment for your loved ones, allowing them to focus on enjoying life to the fullest.
