PAID TRAINING

Qualifications

ILST Trainers must meet one of the following education, experience, or certification requirements:

• Individual is a Licensed Healthcare professional with experience in providing functionally based assessments and skills training for individuals with disabilities OR
• Individual has a Bachelor’s Degree and one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities OR
• Individual has an Associates Degree and two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities OR
• Individual is currently enrolled in a Degree program and three years of experience working with individuals with disabilities OR
• Individual has four years of experience working with individuals with disabilities either in a home, hospital, or rehabilitation setting.
