Independent Living Skills Trainer

Job Description

Independent Living Skills Trainer for brain injured clients- work in client homes to assist them with skills towards independence.

Must pass a background check,

Work schedule flexible to fit your availability (number of hours depends on client availability in the area you'd be willing to travel to) perfect for college students!

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide compassionate and empathetic training,

Flexibility and ability to switch gears quickly,

Cue client with daily living tasks such as dressing, personal hygiene, and medication reminding,

Cue client with organizational tasks,

Cue client with scheduling appointments, accompany them to appointments (when needed),

Thinking outside the box and creative problem solving

Personal Care Provider/Homemaker

Job Summary

Go into client's homes and assist with personal hygiene, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping and errands.

No experienced necessary,

On the job training provided,
